About Us

In the Office Equipment Services Since 1998

Ira Cantrelle has been working in the office equipment solutions industry since 1998. He saw a growing number of businesses that were unhappy with the service and support they were getting with their office equipment such as printers and copiers, so he vowed to make things different.

His solution to the problem was to to create a company that could offer his customers access to an abundance of Konica Minolta office equipment as well as repair services for these machines. This lead him to launching Vital Document Solutions in 2010 and he hasn’t looked back since.

Ira knew that Konica Minolta office equipment are among the best in the document solutions industry which is why he wanted to offer his customers a large selection of scanners and printers you can’t find anywhere else. Another problem Ira wanted to solve was providing repair services for these machines at a speedy and affordable rate. This is one avenue of the business he continues to grow. Vital Document Solutions has grown considerably since 2010 by implementing great services like reliable professional technicians, month-to-month no contract rates, and a large selection of printer and scanner products. Using a full line of Konica Minolta equipment to lease or purchase, Ira Cantrelle has created an amazing experience for the businesses he works with in the Greater Los Angeles area.

Ira’s son Halston has been working with the company since he was a junior in high school. He started off working part time after school doing bookkeeping and door-to-door sales. Halston saw a lot of potential with Vital Document Solutions and wanted to help build the business. Knowing that they’re carrying a prestigious brand like Konica Minolta at a fair and competitive price, made Halston want to invest his time and technological skills in his father’s business. He’s currently studying Communications, Advertisement, and Marketing at Irvine Valley College. He likes working with his dad and appreciates him as both a mentor and a boss.
